Introduction and History
Sant Ishar Singh Ji Memorial Public School' is an English medium, co-educational institution based on Indian thought, culture and tradition. It was founded under the kind patronage of Sant Kishan Singh Ji under the aegis of Gurudwara Rara Sahib Trust and is presently flourishing under the patronage of Sant Amar Singh Ji.
The School was established in the year 1987. It is affiliated to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), New Delhi and imparts quality education from Playgroup to Class XII.
The School imparts comprehensive and integrated education. It lays special emphasis on overall development of student's personality and character, which would virtually lead him to be a good citizen and an asset to society. Whilst informed by our history, however, we have a firm focus on providing education relevant for the needs of the 21st century.
Stemming from our mission statement are six characteristics for each student to exhibit at all times:
